 As NCTE’s Electronic Warfare (EW) TACELINT Senior Analyst, receive prioritized requirements from the Navy Surface Warfare Center Software Development Lead, work under the direction of the Navy Surface Warfare Center Model and Simulation EW Lead and with NSWC Model Developers and Subject Matter Experts to achieve a robust, maintainable, and effective EW database system for correct Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) via Navy Electronic Warfare Training Tool (NEWTT). Research, analysis, de-confliction, and documentation of national intelligence information and ELINT/Order of Battle (OOB) data from the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) and national agency sources (NSA/ONI/NASIC/NGIC/MIDB/DIA) to include data for NCTE NEWTT database. Responsible for the integration and de-confliction of data and the ingest of correct NCTE enumeration and simulation data into all associated EW trainers and all new or emerging efforts and systems that affect the future of NCTE EW environment.  Provide EW system data requirements analysis, engineering and technical support, training for data management, interoperability, database design and development, data standardization and maintenance, website/application design and development of NCTE NEWTT Database for EW trainers. Conduct emitter data requirements reviews with current and near-term fleet training developers and stakeholders to identify common data architecture and data sources. Perform technical requirements analyses, develop technical solutions, implement designs, perform unit testing, and support system testing and fielding of NCTE NEWTT Database. Worked with a team of developers and subject matter experts to develop, enhance, integrate, and support NCTE NEWTT database. Responsible for the integration of EW capabilities for all EW trainers within the NCTE architecture.

Strong proficiency with over 20 years of experience in: Electronic Warfare (EW) Technician,Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT), Operational Electronic Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Warfare/Operations (IW/IO), Operational Security (OPSEC), and National Systems Analysis and Support.
