Responsible for developing North American opportunities and delivery capabilities for GWTI, a UK base technology firm. GWTI manufactures IoT devices that capture real-time data from buildings, listening to their internal building control networks, building management systems (BMS) and automation systems to generate that data that supports better understanding risks and more cost effective operation of Built Assets. This creates value to commercial property insurers, Built Asset owners and their operators and consultants.

The Global Performance Excellence role was created in 2103 and served as first Global Director from 2014 to 2017. Completed a global baseline diagnostic to identify best practices, created regional teams, and implemented improvements within regions that resulted in greater than $45M Euros in EBITA improvement in 2015-16.

At Geraghty & Miller and Arcadis for 29 years from 1988 until 2017 and served in numerous positions within North America through 2013.Within North America served in key leadership roles within the Environmental business during period where the business regularly posted annual growth rates above 10% with margins greater than 13% post-bonus. Responsibilities included serving as National Director for technical delivery from 2001 through 2009 during which time lead the development and implementation of the technical career track that created areas/teams of expertise necessary to execute complex projects. Responsible for the Guaranteed Remediation Program which successfully secured and implemented over $1 Billion in contracts at a premium margin. From 2009 to 2011, lead the Environmental Client Development function including organization of client facing teams around Market Sectors and development and implementation of the Client Development Career track. Served as the Environmental Operations leader in 2011 responsible for successfully delivering the annual financial plan and integration of a Canadian acquisition. Final North American role was President of the Environmental Division in 2012 and 2013, a $500M net revenue and $850M gross revenue business within North America.A key member of the integration and leadership teams that successfully integrated 5 large environmental acquisitions, implemented a national resource management model, and regularly produced industry leading margins and growth. A key member/leader of the North America and Global Strategy teams in all strategy updates from 2001 through 2014.
