CurrentAs a trusted and strategic advisor with 10+ years of service in the education industry, predominantly in higher education enrollment management, I work individually and with a team of expert data professionals to successfully deliver value and strategic insights for higher education institutional partners throughout the entire student to alumni lifecycle.Tasked with carefully analyzing and interpreting predictive and prescriptive data models, I assist colleges and universities to make better informed decisions about enrollment management, financial aid optimization, student retention and success, post-grad placement, and alumni relations. By doing so, higher education institutions are empowered to be more strategic in the deployment of human capital and financial resources with regard to admission marketing and recruitment activities, the execution of financial aid awarding strategies, proactive mitigation of student attrition, and enhanced targeting of alumni to improve relationships and boost donations, all of which can be analyzed and adapted, if necessary, in real time.The end result for institutions is a higher likelihood of meeting enrollment, retention, and graduation targets while possibly improving their financial standing.
