He was a new hire for a high-profile project with a very important client, and he quickly exceeded my expectations. He became my go-to resource almost immediately - I could assign him tasks ranging from the very-specific to the very-broad and rest assured that they would be done well. Curt learns exceptionally quickly and is able to pose meaningful, analytical questions about unfamiliar systems. He has a natural ability to uncover issues and identify patterns. He is eager to work in complex technical areas and seems to sincerely enjoy a good challenge. He is conscientious about his work and maintains an appropriately skeptical tester's mindset even when his task is to go through familiar material. He maintains a level of intellectual honesty that is admirable, and draws the same out of others.
