Working with legislation, applicable laws, policies, etc. to be used during audit. Coaching, mentoring of students and interns and team lead projects. Presentations to auditee and new staff. Conduct research based audits and perform necessary benchmarks against legislation, policies, standard operating procedures and best / leading practice. Conduct investigations on issues / anomalies found and provide recommendations. Develop the Operational and Strategic Audit Plan for our Internal Audit Department including analyzing different risk sources including risk register to give an overall picture of risks in the organisation's. Conduct Internal Quality Assessment Reviews. Compiling the Annual Statement on Governance, risk management and internal control and report on Internal Audit performance for our Internal audit department. Perform methodology updates
