Assignment was to help them establish scalable and durable marketing practices to maintain high growth and expand smartly. Planning included rationalizing market development, stream lining the advertising plan to reach consumers and create a more robust e-commerce capability to expand reach. glassybaby is a cause based, giving organization where 10% of revenues goes back to causes supporting people, animals and the planet.

Assignment leading ~ 40 talented associates in the Marketing and Sales organizations through a significant and strategic transformation at DirectBuy focused on making the company more contemporary and easier to do business with. Led the establishment of additional distribution channels, re-branding of the company, creative, marketing communications for the company, new product offerings, and the execution of digital/e-commerce solutions for Members while reducing the costs associated with new customer generation. DirectBuy changed ownership groups in February 2017.
