I possess leadership, team building, management skills and customer service skills.Due to my team building skills as a branch and sales manager, our branch and sales force substantially grew profitability, increased morale and created a positive and safe working environment. My goal is to coach, teach, lead, guide and mentor the staff for success.With my sales management, branch management and safety coordinator background, I have the skills and “real world” experience required to successfully lead, develop and coach the current team to perform at a high level.
