Started out completing a 5 year apprenticeship followed by 16 years of heavy equipment operation and road construction This experience has allowed me to be proficient over the last 15 years in the role of product development and expert level evaluation of construction equipment. Along the way I have also utilized six sigma processes and have extensively worked with marketing and directly with customers. In 2017 I transitioned to a Product Support role that allows me to help Dealers and customers succeed.
