(2) Built the VSM application that replaced a manual process to schedule and monitor U-verse sports blackouts and has aided in preventing customer dissatisfaction and fines for invalid blackouts.- Created the first help page documentation for our team that covered all functions of an application (VSM) used to manage sports blackouts.- Managed and created training documentation for the department migration from CA Agile (formerly Rally) to TDP LM for user story and quality management.- Authored a Project Scope Document to direct the uDAS 2016 server resiliency effort. - Managed the requirements and testing of over 130 servers from Unix to Linux impacting numerous Business Flows.
