Senior Program Manager
Develop customer engagement program terms and deliverables for Samsung to drive significant business impact via T-Mobile on all new promotional programs. Proactively identify opportunities, strategize and drive issues to resolution on T-Mobile partnership. Leading a six sigma program involving multiple stakeholders throughout Samsung designed to improve the efficiency of the trade spend review process by 10%, eliminate redundancy and increase efficiency by working closely in collaboration with marketing, sales and operations. Regular interaction with Senior Vice President and his direct reports to provide recommendations on new programs as well as the overall status of the account teams budget. Train new sales team members on how to develop a trade spend program and drive it through completion. Participate in strategic planning for 2015 and 2016 focusing on increasing sales and maximizing return on investment of investment opportunities.
