Curt holds a BSEE and a BS Physics from Georgia Institute of Technology, with master's work at George Washington University in Electromagnetic Theory and Ga. Tech in Physics and Industrial Engineering. In 1982, Curt went to work at the Navy EHF Satcom Program Office of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (then NAVELEX) in Washington, D.C. The NESP program was the Navy side of the MILSTAR communications program, and placed the first operational EHF satellite in service. In 1985 he founded Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) to provide engineering, logistics and program management support to the Department of the Navy and other Defense customers.Curt has devoted the past twenty-five years to studies of alternatives to special and general relativity, with numerous published papers and speaking credits. He has had the pleasure of consulting with physicists and astronomers from around the globe.Www.renshawphysics.comIn addition to a long list of published credits on the subject of Relativity Theory, including several in IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine, Curt has presented papers at four independent sessions of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), and presented six papers at two independent sessions of the International Conference on Space, Time and Gravitation, in 1996 and 1998 hosted by the Russian Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg, Russia. Curt has also presented papers at Queen's College in London, at sessions in Cologne, Germany, and to JPL and NASA at the annual IEEE Aerospace Conference.
