Technical Service Specialist Ii
Current• Conduct liaison activities between the customer and company to resolve product or component failure.• Product Champion of Guidance and Steering products, acting as escalation point to engineering and subject matter expert for auto steer and GNSS systems within Service.• Perform Beta testing of unreleased hardware and software to assist with engineering efforts.• Act as escalation point for repair center by performing additional testing on No Failure Found (NFF) components and contacting customer to determine next course of action.• Assist with onsite installations of Guidance and Steering systems to help develop and validate aftermarket installation kits.
