Technical Service Specialist Ii
Current- Conduct liaison activities between the customer and company to resolve product or component failure.
- Product Champion of Guidance and Steering products, acting as escalation point to engineering and subject matter expert for auto steer and GNSS systems within Service.
- Perform Beta testing of unreleased hardware and software to assist with engineering efforts.
- Act as escalation point for repair center by performing additional testing on No Failure Found (NFF) components and contacting customer to determine next course of action.
- Assist with onsite installations of Guidance and Steering systems to help develop and validate aftermarket installation kits.
