Manage the building and implementation process of the Confluence financial reporting software for financial statements and schedule of investments for the Columbus office. Perform final review of mutual fund and hedge fund statements. Review of the schedule of investments with securities that include swaps, futures, equities, preferred stocks, credit default swaps, hedge funds, and fixed income securities. Liaise with fund accounting and external auditors to complete annual audit for mutual funds and registered hedge funds. Prepare and review SEC filings including 24f-2, N-Q, NSAR and N-CSR. Review and pay monthly variable and fixed expense payments.

Prepare and review statements of assets and liabilities, profit and loss, cash flow, and statement of changes for mutual funds and hedge funds. Review of the schedule of portfolio investments for funds with securities that include swaps, futures, equities, preferred stocks, credit default swaps, hedge funds, and fixed income securities. Liaise with fund accounting and external auditors to complete annual audit for funds. Gather data from Citi legal, compliance, treasury services and custody for the preparation and filing of form NCSR and N-SAR with the SEC. Work with production team on implementing new reporting software. Prepare monthly assets under management table for hedge fund client.

Analyze financial information and data, prepare financial statements, and generate daily and monthly financial reports. Execute SEC filings, fund reporting, and fund expense monitoring. Reconcile mutual fund’s bank statements, pay monthly fund expenses, and conduct monthly custody reconciliation. Collaborate with financial reporting group and auditors to compile and evaluate annual and semi-annual reports, create board materials, and adjust expense accrual percentages. Produce wire transfers and custody reports utilizing JP Morgan Access software program.
