36 years of increasingly responsible engineering and management experience in the electric utility industry, covering a range of specialties related to energy transmission projects. This experience culminated in senior management providing strategic business direction to my team and having a key role in the leadership team to set policy and direction for our Power Delivery Solutions Division. As VP and Senior Manager of the Transmission Engineering organization, I had fiscal responsibility for a team of 80 engineers and technicians. In this role my team met and exceeded company goals for growth, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, as well as sales, revenue, productivity, margin and retention. Foundational to the achievement of these goals was above average staff engagement. My broad base of experience includes engineering and design, regulatory permitting, entitlements, routing and siting, project management, estimating, construction management, engineering production management, client relations and business development.Engineering and design specialties include electric transmission line, substation and renewables projects, heavy civil site design and construction (survey, grading, hydrology, drainage systems, utilities, sub-surface soil investigations, paving and hardscape), structural analysis, and foundation design.
