Two-year project: Roll out of Windows 10 migration of software/data for Sales Reps and in-house staff currently in the implementation stage. Manage testing efforts and planning for the migration of all applications used by US Pharmaceutical business owners from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Responsibilities for this project include working with application owners at multiple sites to manage, test and modify their applications to run under Windows 10. Provide weekly updates to senior IT management in the US, as well as the Windows 10 Global Project Team. This is a constantly evolving project:Responsible for managing three off-shore resources. Service sales and marketing applications, provide subject matter expertise for sales and marketing systems to other IT staff, monitoring and operation of websites used by medical professionals in the US and Canada to obtain medical information about GSK prescription brands and vaccines, order samples and registration to attend webinars. Planning releases for updates (new functions, user friendly, etc.). Fix issues with programs and resolve Help Desk tickets. Conduct quarterly reviews with the business owners of the GSK websites; reviews cover software releases, metrics for meeting Service Level Agreements and discuss/plan new releases for the next quarter. Work with external vendors to exchange data over secure file networks. Data is used by external vendors to execute GSK marketing campaigns, as well as allowing GSK Sales Reps to meet state requirements to call on healthcare professionals in hospitals.Designed and developed repeatable processes to compare promotional targeting lists against the customer master databases and remove targeted health care professionals that did not meet legal and contractual requirements. Worked on several projects to develop and enhance applications used by medical professionals and in-house staff using Agile sprints and tracking progress using JIRA Kanban Boards.
