With over 20 years of experience in engineering and natural resources, I am a Senior Vice President Engineering & Natural Resources at Westward Environmental, a leading environmental consulting firm. I hold professional civil engineer licenses in Texas and Florida, and a certified food manager certification from the Texas Floodplain Management Association. I have a master's degree in civil engineering and architecture from Texas Tech University, and another master's degree in systems ecology and ecological engineering from the University of Florida. I am responsible for overseeing water/wastewater design and permitting for industrial facilities, civil/site project development, FEMA flood map revisions and studies, and project coordination. I have successfully managed multiple large-scale and complex projects for various clients, including federal, state, and local agencies, private developers, and industrial operators. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for water resources management, environmental restoration, and flood risk reduction.
