After working my way up through Digital sales over 5 years I progressed into a management role. Overseeing the entire Customer Experience for any clients that come to R6 Digital or SiteLink International. This meant re-working the entire sales process both internally and externally as well as Project management and Account Management process for Website projects and Digital Marketing clients. As part of my roll this also requires me to perform staff development with six direct reports, I do this by maintaining weekly 1 on 1's with each staff as well as running them through Professional development books and courses. Setting KPI's for staff and ensuring that they were met is also a large part of my role, also communicating with c-suite staff for finance, operational and executive goals was a monthly requirement.

Transitioning from a sales role into a project manager role for a short time definitely equipped me with a new set of skills that I am thankful for to this day. During this time I completely reworked the process for Projects that came into R6 Digital from websites & Branding through to Videography and Photography work, I was able to come up with new templates and process' for internal teams and queues to follow that dramatically improved the profitability and quality of the work that we were doing. I was also an escalation path for any projects that were off track or needed senior direction.

During my time as a Digital Sales Consultant, I worked with hundreds of companies from small, owner-operator micro-businesses to billion-dollar investment firms, selling over $1m in websites over the last 18 months along with creating the strategy and sale of over $800,000 of monthly recurring digital advertising. I solely created hundreds of connections that continue to generate high revenue across industries such as Government, Motorsport, Labour Hire, Self Storage, Real Estate, Commercial Builders, RTO’s, Solar, Various Industry Associations and small and serviced based businesses. I also implemented an entirely new CRM during my time in this role that has massively improved conversion rates amongst all sales staff. I was consistently far over my sales targets each month.

I was hired as a support staff member as I utilised SiteLink at my previous job running a storage facility. Once I was Hired at SiteLink I streamlined the entire support process by implementing support ticketing software that saved company time, along with implementing our online training module SiteLink Certified Professional.

I started out as a junior role, after a few months I was in charge of the day to day operations and strategy of the business.
