Supporting Information Assurance Support Services (IASS)As a Business Analyst for the IASS Team, I contributed to the effective management and operation of Ectropy, a highly customized Salesforce-based environment. I served as a key liaison between Government Stakeholders and the Development Team, actively gathering and refining requirements and facilitating collaborative meetings to ensure alignment of objectives. Additionally, I developed and maintained documentation for end-user support and provided timely assistance to users, encompassing account management, troubleshooting, and training. In my capacity as Deputy Program Manager, I effectively managed the daily Scrum meetings for the Development Team. Furthermore, I fostered open communication with the Program Director and other relevant teams, ensuring timely receipt of daily status updates. I also played a key role in the preparation and submission of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and CPMP deliverables to both Government and 9th Way Insignia stakeholders.

Supported the Technical Reference Model (TRM) As the sole Senior Test Engineer for the TRM Sustainment Team, I was responsible for overseeing the entire testing process, ensuring system requirements were met. I managed the TRM JIRA site, facilitated the transition to Azure DevOps, and collaborated closely with the TRM team to design, execute, and document test cases. I conducted various types of testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing, to ensure the quality of the TRM product. Additionally, I coordinated with the UAT team to ensure a smooth handoff of new releases.As the Deputy Project Manager for the TRM Sustainment Team, I effectively oversaw all aspects of the TRM Development Team. I facilitated daily Scrum meetings, collaborated closely with the TRM Product Owner on Sprint Planning and daily Scrum sessions, and managed the creation and execution of Releases and Sprints within JIRA and Azure DevOps. I successfully coordinated multiple TRM Releases from initial Sprint Planning to final Production deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Additionally, I prepared comprehensive release documentation and contributed to bi-weekly and monthly project reporting for both government and 9th Way Insignia stakeholders.

Supported Network-based Encryption Key Recovery Storage Solution (NBEKRSS)As the sole/Lead Test Engineer, responsible for developing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the quality of the custom decryption software, including validating defect resolutions. Supported the Veterans Affairs (VA) Enrollment Health Benefit Determination (EHBD) Program. As the primary Test Engineer for the Enrollment System Online Help, I was responsible for designing and executing test cases to verify the integrity and effectiveness of the ES Online Help features.

As the sole tester for the Sustainment Team under the AcS task order, I played a critical role in ensuring the quality of over 25 Sustainment Releases. I created, documented, and executed test cases and scripts for functional and regression testing, as well as other necessary system and application-level testing, across the Development, Software Quality Assurance, and Pre-Production environments.Moreover, I actively participated in multiple Sustainment Break-Fixes and Code Releases in support of Increment4, Increment5, and Increment6. To enhance efficiency and effectiveness, I implemented process improvements for testing and handoff between the Development and Software Quality Assurance teams, both before and after Sustainment Releases were deployed to the SQA environment.

In support of the Joint Knowledge Development and Distribution Capability (JKDDC), managed the Programming Team to ensure a smooth transition of all courseware from SCORM 1.2 to SCORM 2004, incorporating essential sequencing rules and post-tests within the AtlasPro environment. Maintained clear and effective communication channels between the Programming Team and the Program Management Office.

In support of the Naval Transportation Support Center (NAVTRANS), provided UNIX System Administration on a SPARCserver 1000, MAPPER Database Administrator for the Vender Receipts and Expediting Program (VREP), and web management support.
