Ian Curtin is President of IC Possibilities Consulting Inc. a Victoria based company specializing in Creative Planning, relational leadership development, matrix and change management strategy development, teamwork evaluation/training, facilitation, conflict resolution and public consultation.He was also the Project Director for the Inner Activist Program, a non-profit Tides Canada initiative. The Inner Activist program is designed to help change makers, social entrepreneurs, leaders and activists be radically more effective in their life-serving work.Ian is committed to helping people work effectively together without anyone being discounted in the process. He is an experienced consultant and facilitator with an extensive background in business, government and labour. Over the years, he has worked throughout North America, and in Southeast Asia and Africa.
