The General Manager/CEO plans, directs, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the District including engineering, maintenance, operations, finance, human resources, risk management, general services, accounting, and information technology for sewer, water, and park district for the North Tahoe Region of Crystal Bay, Brockway, Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Cedar Flats, Carnelian Bay, Agate Bay, and Dollar Cove. The GM/CEO coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies to provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Board of Directors.

The Public Works Director for the City of Fontana is responsible for directing, planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling a Department of 98 full time equivalents with a annual operating budget of $46 million dollars and Capital Improvement Program in excess of $75 million dollars. Divisions that reported to the Director are Utilities and Streets, Parks and Landscape, Fleet and Facilities, CIP and Administration, and Recreation and Community Services.
