Designed in Figma, frontend built with React and Tailwind CSS, backend built with Node & Express, and data stored with MongoDB & Mongoose.

● Client Communication: Work with clients at Nike and Columbia Sportswear to develop new retail fixtures. Providing design solutions, cost estimates and production timelines.● International Communication: Setup production of new retail concepts in China & Mexico thru company offices. Align all regions client teams (NA, LATAM, APAC, EMEA) on client brand guidelines.● Process Improvement: Develop new in team processes to facilitate smoother communication between departments. Work with other departments, using Root Cause Analysis, to discover obstacles. Encourage ownership and solution development by the team members executing the process.● Management: Coach and develop five Project Managers on my client teams. Providing design solutions, cost estimates and production timelines.● International Communication: Created production hand-off documents to produce new retail fixtures in Shanghai, China. Traveled to company office and suppliers in Shanghai to setup production processes and check quality.● Process Improvement: Developed new in team processes to facilitate smoother communication between departments. ● Project Planning: Created workback schedules to monitor key signoff dates and capacity. Maintained communication with key departments/suppliers to ensure timelines were adhered to. ● Engineering: Interacted on a daily basis with the engineering department to create new retail fixtures.

● Production Planning: Maintained and improved a production schedule in Excel. The schedule was built in-house and relied heavily on VBA programming. Modifying formulas for computing hours per standard product, creating standard graphical outputs for daily reporting of capacity and modifying VBA code to allow the program to run more efficiently were typical tasks executed.● Communication: Connected with key department (purchasing, engineering and regional leadership) on a daily basis. Led daily standup production meetings.● Process Improvement: Evaluated the daily task of the production planning position and implemented ways to improve efficiency and communication with other roles. Worked with the site Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop continuous improvement and lean tools throughout the production facility. Helped lead the creation of a continuous improvement culture.

● Management: Oversaw 3 shop foremen and 9 assembly staff. Approached the role as a leader, using respect and trust to further employee development. Instituted a culture of teamwork and personal accountability leading to a reduction in disciplinary actions. ● Production Planning: Generated and maintained weekly production schedules based on multiple inputs, including engineering lead times, vendor lead times, customer rush request, production delays and financial goals.● Communication: Interacted on a daily basis with multiple vendors (writing PO/RFQ’s, troubleshooting, scheduling), multiple customers (scheduling, installation support, troubleshooting) and multiple departments (President, Engineering, Accounting, Shipping and Receiving).● Process Improvement: Analyzed all areas of production with the goal of increasing quality and subsequently increasing efficiency, decreasing inventory, lead times and cost. ● Engineering: Worked closely with light fixture engineering department. Provided design input based on engineering knowledge and manufacturing/assembly experience.
