Main part of my job with nes healthcare is we try and hire doctors from all around the world to come to the UK and work here for us and along side the NHS.My main duties involved reviewing CVs and and editing these to perfection as these would then be presented to our medical director to confirm if we can offer them employment. After editing the CVs we would then go through this with them on a phone call interview to see if here suitable for the job they are applying for. Once the medical director has offered them employment we will then move them to the next stage which is where we allocated them to a hospital where they will be working there with time NES healthcare then getting the documents we require for there visa and Cos and biometrics but we do everything with such definition and precipitin as everything must be perfect during this process.
