I have been with Haynes/The Dump for 5 years now. I have managed one Haynes location in Richmond and now two Dump locations one in Richmond and now Atlanta. I oversee the daily operations and sales performance of one of the leading furniture retailers in the country. I have several years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong expertise in inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and marketing strategies. I lead a team of 30 staff members, including sales associates, house keeping, and design crew. I also work in tandum with warehouse workers, and delivery drivers, and ensure that they deliver high-quality service and products to our customers. I partner with the corporate office and other regional managers to implement best practices, optimize processes, and achieve sales targets. My mission is to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, while maximizing profitability and efficiency for our company. I am passionate about the furniture business, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate. I value teamwork, diversity, and integrity, and I strive to foster a culture of excellence and accountability among my team.
