Account leadership for multiple agency clients. Roles and responsibilities including: • sales and operations within client businesses • account(s) P&L accountability • recruiting, training, management and career development of dedicated support staff • adapt to evolving internal and external business considerations to achieve account KPI's • partner with cross-functional agency stakeholders (insights, strategy, planning, creative, pre- press, color management, digital and interactive, social media, experiential, tradeshow, print production and more) to develop and implement integrated solutions • master evolving organizational value proposition and core capabilities (as many as 25 services) • develop and manage against account-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
