As a former college graduate from Cal State Monterey in 2018 I now currently reside in Houston, TX for the last 6 years. I had the opportunity to help lead a new office in Houston for Bill.com and build out its customer service department. After several years of working in customer service I transitioned over to the Sales Department for Bill.com working as a Sales Engineer. I fell in love with the role of a Sales Engineer and I am determined to make this my career. I decided to take a chance on an enterprise focused start up called Vic.ai as a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer working fully remote. I took what I learned from Vic.ai working with enterprise and UMM customers to now currently working for Ramp as a Solutions Engineer to help unlock more revenue by providing a strong technical presence. As a former competitive athlete playing baseball and winning third place at the Sacramento NPC Bodybuilding Competition I have been able to transfer my work ethic off the field, into a professional arena. I am a team player in understanding the importance of working with others, while tackling any problem thrown at me as efficiently as possible. Although I consider myself an introvert, when at work I am outgoing, a quick learner, and like to be busy. A few things about me: I love working out, dogs, computers, baseball, college basketball, and a home cooked meal!"Hard work beats talent, when talent fails to work hard."

Physical Therapy AidePerformance Physical Therapy And Sports Conditioning Nov 2017 - May 2018I recently have transitioned into being a physical therapy aide with the ultimate goal of being a physical therapist. Some of my duties are to assist the Physical Therapist with clients by performing exercise modalities and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This helps the Physical Therapist and the company not waste the clients time and perform extra help to ensure the client is correctly performing the exercises. Front desk work entailing answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, taking payments, and performing initial evaluations. This helps the Physical Therapist and the company by taking these responsibilities out of their hand to allow them to focus solely on their client during their scheduled time.

Head Clerk ManagerLunardis Markets Aug 2010 - Jan 2018Working in retail is no easy task as you constantly have to represent yourself in a positive light to customers. Your job depends highly on your ability to interact with customers and maintain a positive and confident demeanor. I worked with Lunardis for almost 8 years and I can confidently say that my interpersonal skills are exceptional as I am capable to handle any kind of situation with a strong, confident, and aggressive approach. This job can be very demanding but I have learned how to multi task and delegate very effectively and it has allowed me to perform very highly at my job. Being a manager at a grocery store isn't easy as my daily duties are maintaining confidential files, schedule and train up to 40 junior administrative staff. This led to a well trained and responsible staff that could assist customers promptly without difficulty. Responsible for handling money, counting tills and closing the store. This ensured all money was accounted for and Lunardis books were correctly submitted to the corporate office. Manage and motivate staff to ensure store efficiency. This led to an efficient, professional, and organized work environment.Perform inventory control, ordering, and purchasing. Negotiating agreements with vendors, ensure all deliveries are accurate and on time. This allowed Lunardis to be constantly up to date with its ordering and receiving which saved company money. Currently oversee all six departments which provided order, consistency, routine, and discipline to all areas of the store to provide the best possible experience to the customer. Merchandising, new item distribution, important product displays, and facilitating product economics. This helped the company in identifying sales revenue trends on current and incoming products to increase total revenue. I became the youngest manager in the history of the company at 20 years old which began the trend of the company to start looking at younger hires for management.
