I used to ask my parents when I was a child to “take me to the sunset.” They had no clue what I meant. They even took me to a neighboring city called Sunset. Everything they tried didn't fit the bill of what I really wanted. It wasn’t until I was a little older that I could really articulate what I envisioned. I wanted a family sunset experience where we would laugh, have a picnic, and just enjoy the outdoors. This is me to this day. I create a vision and enroll others to the possibilities. Over the past several years, I have been creating, tweaking, and implementing visions for myself and others both personally and professionally. In my professional life, this mentality allowed me to gather a diverse background. I now have and wear many hats that I have created myself in my professional career. Take for instance my time in the military, my attention to detail skills that I've gained allows me to leave no stone unturned; no stakeholder left uninformed. With every new learning project my department takes on, my team creates a learning proposal or vision outlining every details of the project. This vision is then shared with all stakeholders for approval. Our team then takes this vision of what we said we would do, and we work our magic-informing all stakeholders of progress throughout the project.
