Being successful is what it’s about. Success comes in many different forms; Being Driven, Happy, Knowledgeable, Quick Learner, An Effective Leader, Resilience and Self-Motivation. Developing skills is a passion for me, having studied many books about being a great leader has strengthened my ability to lead and led me into a leadership role for 18 months where leading a group to be successful in their work was my responsibility. This helped me realize the needed to develop better people skills. Summer sales happened and we studied books about winning friends and influencing people along with 40 hours a week with face to face application of what we were learning.
