As a Program Development Specialist and Manager at the Morehouse Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (MIEC), I worked closely with the MIEC staff to develop and define necessary systems and structure to facilitate engaging programming to promote further development and growth of clientele(businesses operating in 7 8 and 9 figure ranges) while steering operational staff and nurturing/mentoring young leaders of our upcoming generation.In my role, I successfully managed to identify work with MIEC to develop and define growth strategy and implement and develop the growth of necessary programming. During my time, managed a team of 24 individuals, along with operational staff both virtually and in-person, divided into 6 teams to provide dedicated support to 6 concurrent "client" businesses within the project portfolio. To ensure an organized and growth-focused environment, I leveraged technology to maintain seamless communication and utilized software tools to effectively coordinate our teams' objectives and deliverables.A key aspect of my approach was emphasizing the value and importance of each team member's role and responsibilities. I made it a priority to create an environment where individuals felt valued and understood the significance of their contributions. Additionally, I dedicated time and effort to mentor and guide our fellows, nurturing their personal and professional growth whenever needed.Through my leadership, we achieved a highly efficient and productive team dynamic, resulting in successful project outcomes and the continued development of our clientele.

As the President of Morehouse College's Audubon on Campus program, I had the privilege of collaborating with Audubon's Grassroots team as a Business Development intern. My primary responsibility was to drive an increase in community engagement numbers through strategic initiatives.I approached this role with a focus on proposing innovative ideas and working closely with the Audubon teams to develop and execute effective strategies. By leveraging my critical thinking skills and strong communication abilities, we successfully implemented various projects aimed at achieving our goal of enhancing community engagement.Throughout my tenure, I played a pivotal role in driving the success of these initiatives. I fostered seamless coordination among team members, ensuring efficient project execution and the realization of our objectives.This experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of community engagement in environmental conservation efforts. Morehouse More Green is an non-profit student led organization founded on the basis of environmental education, advocacy and outreach creating opportunities for others to gain experience and actionable information in the environmental space.

During my tenure at diPA, I took on the responsibility of managing digital marketing campaigns and overseeing the customer relationship management (CRM) system using HubSpot. With a primary focus on increasing outreach volume, I diligently reviewed marketing data and analytics to identify the most efficient strategies for reaching and engaging our target audience. By leveraging these insights, I was able to optimize our marketing efforts and drive better results.

During my apprenticeship w/ Mr.Rucker at Engineered Systems & Services, I review and abserved analysis of bid and proposal details. Furthermore, I gained valuable experience through the observation and walkthrough of HVAC and fire hazard systems optimization plans and overseeing installation processes. These experiences allowed me to gain an understanding of what was necessary to support the smooth completion of the company's projects and business development initiatives.

At Boardwalk Realty, I had the privilege of closely shadowing and collaborating with the owners Michael & Szana Marr. They both provided valuable insight on operations management and helped develop the foundation of management skills I moved forward to apply in my professional development. This experience also gave hands-on expertise in outreach, project management, CRM Management, Sales, and fulfilling any other essential needs of our team.
