As a general forman i had 120 workers under me and we had many jobs and tasks at hand to be completed all at once. I learned alot about a team and teamwork and also myself in the United states army. I ran many successful patrols, ambushes and mission with my time in the Army in iraq and Afghanistan. I was a squad leader.i was with the 101st airborne division out of ft Campbell ky as an infantryman with 2 deployments into Iraq and 1 into Afghanistan. I learned how to deal with high stress situations and learned how to adapt and overcome and obstacles in the way. I learned team work is key and that working as a unit is required to make it through high stress situations.
