I was entrusted with the following responsibilities during the project:- Providing technical consultancy on the transfer of existing services and the deployment of new network services during the Project Planning phase,- Performing cost and usage analysis on HWNS’ existing mobile and mobile data services, and making recommendations to improve cost certainty, and manage ongoing service and usage growth,- Tracking and financial reporting of all costs involved in the infrastructure component of the project (~AUD$500k),- Managing the deployment of 87 new and 2 temporary 4G MPLS network links across NSW and ACT,- Managing the deployment of new desk hardware configurations for incoming staff at 12 existing HWNS sites across NSW and ACT,- Overseeing the provisioning of ~100 new mobile and mobile data services, and the change of ownership of ~300 mobile, mobile data and fixed line services,- Participating in weekly project meetings with the government department's ICT Project Team to request information, provide progress updates on infrastructure deliverables, and to highlight any infrastructure related risks and issues,- Scheduling the retrieval and destruction of ~260 non-required IT assets from 5 sites across NSW and ACT following completion of the transfer,- Coordinating the installation and commissioning of new NBN fibre MPLS links at 18 transitioned sites following completion of the transfer.
