Human Resources Partner
CurrentUnder the direction of the Senior HR Partner, this position is responsible for collaborating to develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies that enable PGCPS to meet strategic objectives and stated commitments in the Master Plan. This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle hiring activities from sourcing and initial contact for Centrally Managed Support Positions (i.e. Building Services, Security Services, Plant Operations). This role assesses staffing needs, meets with key stakeholders to determine current and future needs, proactively identify trends, and recommend solutions to staffing and recruiting challenges. Coordinates and works with various Recruiting and Staffing Partners, and HR Assistants.
