I became firm-wide CEO of PSB four years after the departure of an iconic founder, which had led to the departure of many of the senior leaders and best business generators from the company. In 2016 we focused on stabilizing and rebuilding the leadership team while maintaining and growing our key customer relationships. In 2017 we rebranded the company to reflect a new, more contemporary direction, and on focused on supporting growth in our flagship offices (DC, New York, Seattle) while rebuilding our Entertainment practice in LA. We achieved double digit profit growth in both 2016 (pro forma) and 2017, and at mid-year 2018 (when I left PSB), profits were up by nearly one-third, with strong performance across the company. -

In February 2014 I also took on responsibility for our New York office, which had seen a precipitous decline in business and loss of key people since the departure of a founder and office leader in early 2013. We reversed the freefall in revenues in New York and stabilized the management team in 2014, invested in new leadership and business development in 2015, and saw strong growth in 2016 and 2017. -
