I wasn't given a chance to heal and wcb had me in a rehab center 6 months after the wreck and I sequestered. 2. Disc's and the facet joints never healed and when I was done rehab which was a 4. Week program but it took me 5 weeks to finish the rehab because I was in bad shape and was told to take a week off which I did and then went back to finish rehab. I came home and layed in bed for a month then went to the dentist and got the top teeth pulled out went back home and my Dr told me to stay sedate as possible. On December 2nd WCB cut off my benefits the same day that my case worker got the results of a MRI showing the damage done at rehab. Because of WCB,s actions I was left unable to do eny work. My family Dr told me that I wasn't capable of work and wrote me off as Totally Permanently Disabled in the fall of 2001. I have seen 3 Dr's since my wreck and they all agree that I'm totally Permanently Disabled. The only conflict comes from wcb and they have made the last 15yrs and more a living He'll. At rehab I Seqwesterd Two disc's between 2-3 and 3-4. After rehab my Dr wrote me off for eny kind of work. And Deemed me Totally. Permanently Disabled.
