• Manage the Oliver 24 Hour Technical Call Center. Counsel with customers to determine scope of problems, propose solutions, and follow to a successful resolution achieving a 99% success rate. Maintain a database of all customer calls and service call information that directly contributes to the advancement of preventing future problems.• Managing role over production team while conducting plant procedural inspections and external audits in order to achieve the highest level of efficiency.
