In charge of services for the pipeline and petrochemical sectors, as well as other industrial markets, specifically nondestructive testing (NDT) for gathering pipelines and midstream infrastructure. After becoming ASNT (American Society of Nondestructive Testing) certified I helped to insure that oil and gas appropriate pipes met integral industry standards as well as customer specifications. I have succeeded in meeting every project requirement because safety, quality and service are my primary principles that guide all of my work efforts. As a result to-date, I have had zero errors in my work, thereby contributing directly to the profit margin of the organization.

During the first year of my tenure at URS, I worked on a track vehicle rebuild program responsible for saving the government over $4 million annually. This was accomplished by devising a new and innovative way to clean and inspect the integrity of tracks before reuse. After that program was completed, I was quickly promoted to the component refurbishment facility, where in addition to my daily tasks, I identified and documented a new process for the disassembling, repairing and re-manufacturing of various vehicle components resulting in a $3.2 million annually.Due to company demands, I was recruited to the vehicle preservation and restoration facility where I managed and developed several employees in addition to assuring the quality of the products that were being manufactured. As a result, my team was responsible for designing a new process for total product inspection and identifying all deficiencies while ensuring they were documented and completed before being returned to the military/field for their use.

Directed and aided crews in assessing, replacing and/or repairing water and wastewater lines, fire hydrants and meters, tapped live lines to incorporate new lines of service, rough-cut asphaltic and concrete streets and sidewalks and repairs of such. Identified, contracted and worked with 3rd party vendors and sub-contractors on a regular basis. While ensuring a positive work environment for my team, I was also commended on my ability to grow my teams abilities as reflected in the annual review process.

Fort Hood, Texas

Assigned/responsible for the M88 Hercules Recovery Track Vehicle preservation and restoration program for Fort Hood. In this program safety and strict instruction following were instilled to all my direct reports, as life threatening equipment was used each day. Worked as a Recovery Specialist recovering disabled vehicles in the field and ensuring the vehicles were returned to their pre-training condition and available in a timely fashion for the next scheduled tactical training. Lead advanced technician on heavy wheeled vehicles and Bradley Fighting Vehicles.
