Monitored and reported system health & status of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) missile system. Performed basic System Administrator functions including installing, patching, and removing software, and utilizing Active Directory to manage user accounts.· Trained 3-person teams on Command and Control Center operations in preparation for the organization’s upcoming deployment to Guam.· Designed training framework to Assist 40 soldiers prepare for written and practical examinations achieving a 100% pass rate.· Deployed to Guam with the THAAD missile defense system to defend US bases as well as the lives of 160,000 US Citizens from potential missile threats (April 2014 - March 2015)

Manned mobile command centers for three different Air & Missile Defense Systems (THAAD, Patriot, Stinger). Utilized both Windows and Linux systems as well as Microsoft Office suite to support missile defense operations. Operated under secure and unsecure internet protocols (SIPR/NIPR) and utilized COMSEC to ensure reliable and secure voice and data communications.· Lead a 3-person team through 50+ successful Operational Drills preparing participants for upcoming deployment to Qatar. This included setting up workstations, configuring a small internal network (LAN/WAN), connecting to remote systems, and troubleshooting.· Deployed to Qatar with the Patriot missile system to defend the lives of 1.5 million US service members and Qatari nationals from potential missile threats (December 2011 – December 2012)· Recognized as a missile defense information systems subject matter expert.· Briefed several General Officers on the operations and capabilities of the Command and Control Center and support systems.· Selected to participate in the first operational THAAD missile live fire resulting in a Successful test mission (June – September 2013)
