Wrote the original perl-CGI and system shell scripts for the award winning npaci hotpage. The support site allowed the user to interactively maintain their Supercomputing resources. This level of support facilitated the efficient usage of multi-million dollar computing power. Other tasks included level 1 phone support, walk-in support and researching better ways to present npaci resource via the web.
