Provides client facing sales and service support for Wealth Management advisory assigned clients. Communicates clearly with the advisory team and our clients to resolve service and sales requests * Mediate client requests by collaborating with internal processing areas and external carriers * Provides support for special projects as needed. Provides end to end sales cycle management support including sales forms completion and asset transfer coordination with alternate carriers * Provides income illustrations and customized forms packages, actuarial calculations and problem resolution for our Wealth Management clients

The Retirement Specialist administers retirement plans, primarily a defined benefit pension plan. Maintains participant and accounting records, ensures plans are compliant with federal laws and regulations, and coordinates retirement plan activities with other departments. Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
