Curtis is devoted to and excels at three things, with one strengthening the other, Business Psychology, Talent Acquisition, and People and Culture. I am currently in my penultimate year in the university studying Business Psychology. This represents that I have a good understanding of human cognitive behavior including the scientific awareness of why people act the way they do especially in the work environment. I have been exposed to combining the science of human psychology with practical business applications in order to improve the work environment for employees, improve productivity in businesses, and organize groups of people in companies. I aspire to get a Ph.D. in I/O psychology and become a top professional whose thoughts will shape events around both formal and informal interpersonal relationships.
