- Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management system- Assist in the creation of specific quality forms, procedures and other documents- Ensure all activities and surveillance points identified on the Inspection and Test Plan are carried out- Ensuring all non-conforming items are identified and resolved as per approved disposition- Provide weekly and monthly reports to managers on performance- Perform quality audits and site inspections on subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements- Verify material condition, grade and specification to ensure compliance with drawings and site specifications - Ensuring products comply with jurisdictional requirements, codes of construction and client specifications- Monitoring and inspecting the assembly and installation of piping systems, steel structures, mechanical equipment, and pressure vessels- Review technical documentation such as WPS’s, PQR’s, WPQ’s, PWHT records, etc.- Complete welder testing in accordance with ASME Section IX and jurisdictional requirements- Coordinate NDE as required by the code of construction and client specifications- Generate hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure test packages and witness pressure tests as required- Keeping quality documentation up to date- Compile final turn over documents and transfer to client/owner in a timely manner upon the completion of the project 
