I have been with the same company for 8 years now. In that time I have lead a team to our best sales years in the company history. Through market development and expanding our product lines to keep with current market trends and changes. My back ground is in agriculture as well as construction. My strengths are in sales of high end products, networking and lead generation. My current and past rolls have made me very proficient in team management and team development. In my previous job I was able to grow from a team of 5 to a team of 20 people within a five yr period. Through growing sales, targeting specific markets and developing through certifications recognized in the construction industry. I am able to work either remotely with my team or in an office setting depending on what is needed. My desire is to be out of the office with a team that is driven and well rounded. The agricultural industry and construction industries are my main focus, as stated before, or a combination of the two.
