• Job searches - assist clients with small group sessions and 1:1 sessions exploring employment, apprenticeship, traineeship and volunteering opportunities best suited to the strengths, interests and past/present skills and employment experiences• Job Applications and CVs - assist clients with small group sessions participating in mock job interview questions and reflecting on most suitable responses. 1:1 sessions provide tailored approaches to producing CVs for specific job roles relevant to individual clients • Travel Training - determine client’s mobility capabilities in line with their preferred distance for travel to work and provide assistance with accompanied travel for clients to become familiarised with travel routes for employment opportunities • In-work Support - build a rapport with employers taking on clients and offer follow-up reviews of client’s progress and competency in line with employer’s level of satisfaction with client’s work productivity• Job Coaching –Interview prepping and accompanying clients to job interviews in order to provide moral support and pastoral support to increase clients’ level of reassurance to perform in interviews/recruitment days to the best of their ability• Networking with multiple agencies and organisations - (e.g. DWP, Royal London Borough of Greenwich Community Learning Disability Team, JCP Woolwich etc) for training purposes (CPD) and also to collaborate with community outreach possibilities and promotion of Unity Works’ services to potential clients• ACL (Adult Community Learning) – Delivery of ACL courses and workshops to boost employability, mental wellbeing and travel independence for clients who are both not job ready and in employment (incl. designing of handouts and learning materials relevant for course content) • Employer Engagement – Approaching local and inner-city employers for employment (e.g. The Education People, Oxleas Erith, English Heritage etc)
