Maintaining an inventory management program for all barge, rail, pipeline and shore tank transferoperations within the Houston Liquid Terminals team with TMS6 terminal management system. Company representative within API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards for the oil and gasindustry and represent company interest as voting member on API MPMS standards. Support business development team with contract development and review formeasurement requirements. Responsible for the measurement system commissioning for new and existing terminals. Interfacing and supporting terminal operations teams to successfully start-up terminals that havemeasurement systems within the terminal infrastructure. Project management experience in liquids terminal start-ups, terminal automation systemsintegration and measurement system new-build projects. Review of measurement equipment proposals for projects. Supervision of measurement technicians and operators within the region, coordinate all job taskand generate work orders when nominated for measurement services from customers. Facilitate customer needs with business development personnel to develop a higher level ofcustomer service. Maintain communication with customers to secure a positive level of customer service. Auditing third party measurement companies when performing custody transfer measurements. Coordinating with third party inspection companies for confirmation of movement volumes. Identify, analyze and report measurement problems and provide technical support tocustomers, operations or management. Monitor over/shorts in cargo movement imbalances and proactively resolve gain/lossdiscrepancies. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining metering elements, temperature and pressuredevices, automatic sampling systems and provers. Auditing and monitoring of proving processes within terminal operations. Maintain multiload presets and flow computers on loading/unloading systems.

Generate and implement training program documents for testing of measurement operators. Maintaining an inventory management program for all barge, rail, pipeline and shore tank transferoperations within the Houston Liquid Terminals team. Determining loading target quantities for railcar loading operations. Perform monthly quality control verification of measurement devices within the terminal. Implementing program changes for batch sampling parameters utilizing OMNI’s peroperational requirements to obtain custody transfer quality. Provide initial onsite sampling system evaluation, coordinate, and schedule acceptancetest, supervise onsite measurement operator during testing and provide technical supportto customer. Auditing and monitoring of proving processes during shore tank transfer and unit trainloading/unloading operations. Manage laboratory workflow, quality calibrations, device training, analysis reporting and resultsverification. Operate laboratory devices- digital densitometer, thermohydrometer, digital thermoprobe,Karl Fischer titrator and centrifuge.

Implement strategies for offshore cargo inspection of crude oil and petroleum products. Implement and oversee blending plans for fuel oil(s), gasoline(s) and crude oil(s). Visits client facilities, including barges, ships, shore tanks, railcars, and tank trucks for quantitysurveys of a variety of commodities including crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicalsto collect samples for analysis. Work in cooperation with client representatives, U.S. Customs, vessel personnel, governmentagents and shore facility personnel to insure accurate results are achieved. Interpreting, enforcing, and maintaining measurement policies and procedures as per APIstandards/guidelines. Receives orders, obtains information, and gathers paperwork from Operations Supervisor(s) onmovements. Obtains samples, gauges shore tanks, vessel(s), barge(s), railcar(s), and/or tank truck(s) asspecified per job order.
