Reporting to the VP of Business Development, I played a key role in driving the growth of our service offerings, managing relationships with external partners, and executing strategies that helped us meet our goals in client acquisition and service expansion.

As a dedicated Client Care Manager, I oversaw operations for 65 clients and led a team of 30 staff members, focusing on legal communications, court order compliance, and seamless coordination between departments. I acted as a liaison between clients and healthcare teams, including mental health practitioners, doctors, and nursing staff, ensuring clients' progress in recovery. In addition to managing hiring, training, and retention, I drove operational improvements and administered a $650,000 payroll. My focus on service delivery and process enhancement helped elevate care standards and compliance across multiple locations.

In this role, I led SEO strategies to increase website traffic and engagement, while managing and optimizing SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Bing to achieve higher ROI.
