Directed an organization consisting of 55 members of management, and a workforce of 1100 employees including all Airport Customer and Ramp Services, Flight Attendants, and Sales and Marketing for 22 locations in 11 countries. Interacted with Airport Authorities and National Governments in the islands served, including implementation of regulatory requirements for Airline Operating Certificate.
