Human Resources Coordinator
Current- Compiles, manages, and analyzes people metrics and prepares ad-hoc reports to help drive better business decisions.- Works with HR Managers to plan and implement Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs, which support the overall business strategy.- Responsible for the annual review of HR policies & procedures. Monitors, researches, recommends, and deploys required changes- Works with a Continuous Improvement mindset and identifies ways to streamline HR processes and procedures and implements those improvements to increase productivity within the organization.- Assist in the creation and support of programs that foster the desired organization culture. Assist with the organization and coordination of team-related events.- Partners with TME specialists to analyze and understand ER results/trends, including exit interview data, and recommend action plans- Provides administrative support to HR Managers as needed (i.e. generates correspondence/reports, record keeping, etc.) Supports with administrative duties and responsibilities Liaises with cross functional teams such as payroll, talent acquisition, total rewards in order to support business needs- Change Leader by reinforcing critical behaviors to sustain change through effective communication
