I work to represent the Coaches and Mentors of Central Minnesota for FIRST Robotics Competition. The Coaches Association provides additional opportunities for coaches and mentors to provide teams additional awards and recognitions through Coach of the Year, Student All-State Academics, Student All-State team member, and Minnesota Coach Hall of Fame.

I worked with the representatives of the MRCA in order to help further and increase the recognition and acknowledgment of teams and coaches around the state of Minnesota. I assisted in the facilitation of the MRCA to help create additional awards and recognitions through Coach of the Year, Student All-State team member, and Minnesota Coach Hall of Fame.

I am a Technology Leader in Upsala Area Schools. I have implemented new technologies (iPads, Bring-your-own-device initiatives, Renovated Computer Labs, Projection of Digital Curriculum, Flipping Class Roles) in my own and others' classrooms. I currently also teach part-time in Career Explorations, Engineering, Photography, Drafting and Machining, and many other topics. Through these endeavors I also am the Head Coach for a FIRST Robotics Competition Team #4480 - UC-Botics. We are a high-school level team that creates a new working robot each year that has to accomplish a set challenge working with and against other teams from different schools at a Regional Event. I have served as the Vice-President of the Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference, Facilitating the growth and support for over 30 FIRST Robotics Competition teams across the State of Minnesota. I work to assist our organization in any way and capacity necessary, Current primary tasks include facilitation and organization of our digital accounts for each team, Facilitation of awards and recognition of students and mentors alike, as well as additional Fundraising Efforts. The NMRC Facilitates annually the NMRC Championship event held at the end of October, and a FRC Programming Camp in Early June.
