Participated in planning and execution of a total store remodel, including a backroom reflow, full sales floor remodel that added a fresh market. Collaborated daily with General Contractor and Sub-Contractors to coordinate store team objectives and fixture moves for dayside and nightside work. Oversaw and developed five remodel captains who successfully managed their teams to complete the tasks and challenges associated with their roles. Participated in weekly meetings with HQ partners to discuss remodel progress, objectives, and timelines while maintaining payroll and remodel budgetary guidelines.

During my time as Team Lead over Inbound, Fulfillment, and General Merchandise, I specialized in team leadership, inventory management, backroom location and sales floor accuracy, receiving and reverse logistics processes, environmentally sensitive item management, sales floor branding, planogram sets, replenishment, vendor relations, and fulfillment operations, including Drive Up, Pick Up, and Ship From Store. My role was to ensure all non-guest facing workstations are as efficient as possible so that our team is empowered to spend more time serving our guests and helping all families discover joy in everyday life.

My first role at Target was as an expert in fulfillment. During my time in this role I familiarized my self with Target's culture and strategy, and learned how to interpret fulfillment data and improve key sales driving metrics. My diligence and curiosity distinguished me so that three months in I was given the role of Q4 fulfillment captain, overseeing all fulfillment operations for store T0083 in Q4, in which fulfillment volume required a staff of over 30 fulfillment team members to meet demand. I also oversaw the improvement of several key metrics in fulfillment, resulting in district leading stats across the board, and tight competition with a few other stores to lead the group.

During my time at North Ridge Life Church I provided spiritual care and guidance to 6th-12th grade students, led small group discussions, led and developed youth leadership teams, and delivered messages regularly to both the youth group and the main congregation, gaining a wealth of public speaking experience and confidence. I drafted announcements, letters, and social media posts, created and updated content for the church website, planned and organized church events (including travel), established and helped manage a media team, and answered phones for the church. I also maintained the building and exterior premises throughout my time with North Ridge Life Church.

During my employment with GDMJ I observed and participated in the auction and remodel of several homes. Part of my work was showing homes to potential clients as an assistant to employer Gary Kirksey. I painted, patched drywall, fixed drip hoses, xeriscaped, performed minor demolition and dismantling, repaired fences, planted, laid sod, and sprayed weeds, and assisted in minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical projects alongside qualified technicians. I had to complete projects efficiently, quickly, and at a high quality in order to keep overhead low, learning valuable time and cost management skills. I also learned how to acquire new skills to adapt to unique problems, as remodel projects always have unforeseen variables.

My primary duty at Vintage Township was to help present a good image of Stellar Homes and Vintage Township housing development. I achieved this by maintaining clean and orderly construction sites, issuing citations for failures to maintain clean and safe environments. The nature of my job meant that I observed the building process from start to finish multiple times. I also assisted sub-contractors when requested. In my role as groundskeeper I maintained the flowerbeds of the multiple pocket parks within Vintage Township and set up silt fences and straw wattles to control runoff.
