Technology disruptions to businesses have become an everyday occurrence and being prepared with a strategy never more important. The majority of my thirty-one years in the Information Technology field has been helping business leaders discover how technology enables their business processes and increases efficiency. Now technology is more than an enabler, it is a strategic advantage and must be treated as such. It is my task, as an IT Enterprise Architect, to ensure we understand technology, business, social and economic trends and how they will impact our business and create appropriate strategies to empower our business to grow and thrive in this every changing environment.
