Serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for three key operations contracts: the $13 million computer-based FSOT; the $2 million contract with an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who provides training, and advises on the validation of hiring programs, testing materials and procedures; and the $250,000 contract managing the organization of BEX’s semi-annual assessments in San Francisco (offsites).Serve as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor for Department of State (Lateral Duty).
